Hello, Good day. I activated two-factor authentication in my Infinityfree account, and I forgot the authentication code. I tried to check the cell number that I used but I haven’t received any code. Can someone please help me with how can I log in to my Infinityfree account?.

Sure, you can provide information to login to the account! All I need from you are the following pieces of information: The email address. The password. An unused recovery code. If you don’t have all three of these, I cannot help you. Anything less than that is NOT enough to authenticate you. This user specifically enabled two factor authentication to secure their account. So demanding anything less is not secure.

The two factor authentication screen very clearly says that you should store your recovery codes safely. If your friend did not backup their two factor authentication app and only had the recovery codes on the phone with that authenticator app, then your friend did not store the codes safely.
