I would reach back out to support and let them know. You could also try requesting a refund to see if that gets them to migrate it correctly for you. My guess is the database got changed incorrectly, make sure the database in the config file matches what is in cpanel.

They were not able to fix it. I refunded and rebuilt the site from scratch elsewhere. I suspect it happened because WP was making updates to the DB when they ran the migration script. Anyhow, I should have made a comprehensive backup before migrating. I’ll be back with infinityfree next time I ne…
