Timeout/ phpmyadmin/ wordpress

Hello,
I’m trying to import a database through phpmyadmin.
The sql is 150mb, but I’m sending it as a .zip and it’s 16mb.

But it always gives me the error:

Other Information

Can anyone guide me on another way to do this or how to increase the time?

If sql is too big, split it into a few smaller chunks

Hello,
I can’t see your page right now as index.php or something is giving a 500 error.
And just split it into few smaller chunks.
