Hi and welcome to the forum! You’ll have to install an SSL certificate in order for your website to work with HTTPS. Only installing a plugin on WordPress won’t help you achieve this, and so follow this guide to set up a SSL certificate with our tool:

Try clearing your browser cache, or use different device / network.

i have 2 other questions

  1. how to delete an account completely?
  2. is there a free email provider for sending emails?

You can go to client area > your account > account settings, scroll to the bottom, and hit “deactivate account”. This will make your account deleted after 30-60 days.
The reason why it have this time span is for legal stuffs, and we don’t really have options.

I know that gmail let’s you send mails using your own gmail account on other site, with rather high limits.
