i tried abantecart again admin login not working something to do with shared hosting not allowing php.ini to save session or write as i gathered this from googling around so i deleted that cart and installed Bees, again facing same admin issue not loggin in
I’m sorry, but why not? I don’t see anything about the software that would clearly prevent it from working here.
As for your question itself, I can’t say why you get that issue. Perhaps the credentials you entered are just wrong, perhaps something went wrong during the setup and resulted in the user not being created correctly.
Maybe you could try reinstalling it?
Hmm, that doesn’t really make sense. Sessions should just work here as you would expect.
i tried several times reinstalling two applications Abantecart and Thirty Bees, both couldn’t log to admin after installation, very weird but there is no point having free account while you can not log to back end!
When using Softaculous, please note that after installing, you can login with the “Admin Password” shown on the setup screen. By default, this is a randomly generated password. Please make sure to record it somewhere, or change it, because you won’t be able to view it again after hitting the Install button.
