# Theme customizer

### Error Message

I can’t able to customize the front-end of my wordpress website, whenever I click on customize button from the admin panel then a blank page appears. I am also not able to edit the content on my website, whenever I click on edit button then also the same white screen appears

### Other Information

I googled the issue and found out that this kind of problem may occur if the website is using Cloudflare’s Flexible SSL but in my case, I checked it in Cloudflare, SSL option is set to FULL not FLEXIBLE. So how to resolve this issue.

Flexible SSL issues were my first thought too. Glad to hear you checked that already.

Could you please check your browser’s developer tools for more information? The Console tab may show relevant information, and any error responses in the Network tab could be relevant too.
