As far as I can tell, your domain is a subdomain. I know the .re domain extension exist, but can.re just appears to be a domain name registered by someone two years ago. It’s not listed in the Public Suffix List as being a domain extension.
If you own the domain can.re, you can add it to your account first, and then add subdomains to it afterwards. If the domain can.re is from someone else, and you only have a subdomain of it, then you cannot host it with us.
