The SSL Certificates are not working

Error Message

The SSL certificates that the website had installed were from Let’s Encrypt, but today I realized that the website doesn’t have the certificates. I tried to automatically install the certificate that ends on November 30th but it didn’t work. I created a new fresh certificate from Let’s Encrypt and from Google, but none of those worked.

I also installed the certificates manually in the control panel but it’s showing me that the website only has the old certificate.

What could be wrong?

You don’t seem to have a certificate installed right now, what does the dashboard say when you try to activate a new one? What error(s) are you getting?

Please note that it can take up to an hour for a new certificate to take effect. I don’t think requesting additional certificates was necessary if you still had a valid one.
