As far as I can tell, whatever happened seems to be resolved now. Given that both FTP/file manager and website access didn’t work, it seems to me like there might have been an issue with some hosting volumes.
And just to be clear: most of the time when there is a problem with the hosting volume, it only means that your files are temporarily inaccessible. The files are not missing and they are definitely not deleted, they are completely safe on our storage servers, just not accessible right now. Almost every time, the hosting volume connection will be restored and you’ll be able to access your files again without any data loss.
