Hi, I had this incident in style.css before, I just created a subdomain, it doesn’t upload the .html files that I have thrown into the subdomain to my site, how can I solve this problem I cleared my browser’s cache I cleared the cache from cloudflare but the problem still persists
Please make sure to clear the Cloudflare cache, THEN clear your browser cache and THEN try to load your page. If you don’t do it in that order, you will still get cached data.
html and php files cannot be over 1MB, .htaccess files cannot be over 10KB, all other files are a 10MB limit, but I don’t think that will be a problem unless you are uploading a htaccess file.
Like everyone said, please make sure to clear your cloudflare cache first, then your browser cache, then try to load the page.
You said you uploaded contents to htdocs folder, but as far as I can see you are using custom domain which means you have to upload style.css in kapex.site/htdocs folder
I don’t know what @MAHOfficial is talking about.
Is this what is supposed to show? If this is right, you just need to clear your cache in the way that Admin described above.
Thanks.
Unfortunately she is not, for example, there is another picture in the background and it only reflects the index.html file on the “en.kapex.site” site and does not reflect the other html files to the site.
Does the file show correctly if opened in a browser? Drag and drop the file into a browser (like chrome) and see if the file looks correct then. If it does, let us know. If it does not, that means there must be an error in the code.
Thanks.
