The files that I sent to the file manager are not uploaded to my site

en.kapex.site and kapex.site

Hi, I had this incident in style.css before, I just created a subdomain, it doesn’t upload the .html files that I have thrown into the subdomain to my site, how can I solve this problem I cleared my browser’s cache I cleared the cache from cloudflare but the problem still persists

Ermmm, clear your CloudFlare cache and browser cache???

I cleaned it but the result is still the same

I already did what you said but the result is the same

Please make sure to clear the Cloudflare cache, THEN clear your browser cache and THEN try to load your page. If you don’t do it in that order, you will still get cached data.

Please try what Admin said, and if it does not work, let us know the following.

  1. Where are you uploading the files (please give the folder structure)

  2. How large are the files.

Please try clearing cache first however, but you can also try an alternate device or an incognito browser session as well.
Thanks.

i upload files to htdocs file sizes 500kb

html and php files cannot be over 1MB, .htaccess files cannot be over 10KB, all other files are a 10MB limit, but I don’t think that will be a problem unless you are uploading a htaccess file.

Like everyone said, please make sure to clear your cloudflare cache first, then your browser cache, then try to load the page.

I did what you said I cleared the cache from cloudflare I cleared my browser’s cache but the result is the same

You said you uploaded contents to htdocs folder, but as far as I can see you are using custom domain which means you have to upload style.css in kapex.site/htdocs folder

So what should I do? What is the solution?

I don’t know what @MAHOfficial is talking about.
Is this what is supposed to show? If this is right, you just need to clear your cache in the way that Admin described above.
Thanks.

Unfortunately she is not, for example, there is another picture in the background and it only reflects the index.html file on the “en.kapex.site” site and does not reflect the other html files to the site.

Does the file show correctly if opened in a browser? Drag and drop the file into a browser (like chrome) and see if the file looks correct then. If it does, let us know. If it does not, that means there must be an error in the code.
Thanks.

Can you screenshot what is shown in the browser this way? Please include the address (URL) bar in the screenshot.
Thanks.

I don’t understand exactly what should I do

Do this, and take a screenshot of the results shown in the browser. Please make sure that the address bar can be found in the screenshot.

Edit: Did you delete your subdomain and the files on your main domain?
