That website must be under a different account (Different email). If you are unsure of the email that was used, you can try using the password reset page and entering different email addresses you have until you get a match. You can than reset the password for the account and login.

You signed up again with a different email address and created the account there. And of course you don’t see accounts on different profiles in the list.
