Sydney Theme pack importation error on Wordpress

I keep having issues importing a Sydney Template to my workspace for a website I’m building using Wordpress on Infinityfree’s hosting service. I keep getting an error message during the importation of this template stated as follows:

Something went wrong, contact support.

This site requires Javascript to work, please enable Javascript in your browser or use a browser with Javascript support

I already have JavaScript enabled on my Chrome browser but the problem still persists.
