Try turning off (or switching) your VPN/Proxy and see if the connection works.

I tried, it doesnt worked
Softaculous is working fine from here, and the error message makes me suspect that the issue is on your end. If so, we cannot troubleshoot or fix it from our end.
We’re happy to try and help you along as much as possible, but then we do need you to talk to us. Just saying “it doesn’t work” doesn’t give us anything to go on.
What exactly have you tried, and what happened when you did?
