# Suspension

Dear Support Team,

My account was suspended due to an alleged violation of your abuse policy. I have already opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response.

I kindly ask you to review my account and the circumstances surrounding the suspension. I believe the suspension was made in error, as a similar issue has occurred in the past and was resolved.

I would appreciate it if you could review my case and reactivate my account.

How recently did you raise the ticket. It can sometimes take a couple of days to get a reply.

Depending on the severity of the claimed abuse, they may also choose not to reply.

For example of your site had links to pirated software or other illegal content then they often don’t respond because they are not prepared to provide a backup or reactivate the site

It’s also worth noting suspensions are handled by [IFastNet](https://www.infinityfree.com/go/ifastnet), not InfinityFree, as they are the ones who provide the infrastructure that infinity free runs on
