For your suspension, you will need to wait for somebody to respond.
How recently did you raise the ticket. It can sometimes take a couple of days to get a reply.
Depending on the severity of the claimed abuse, they may also choose not to reply.
For example of your site had links to pirated software or other illegal content then they often don’t respond because they are not prepared to provide a backup or reactivate the site

It’s also worth noting suspensions are handled by IFastNet, not InfinityFree, as they are the ones who provide the infrastructure that infinity free runs on
