Suspended Websites. No response from tickets

All of my sites where suspended for no apparent reason and all at the same time

I checked the rules and I think I didn’t violate any rule, I opened a ticket to appeal the suspension and even after a week, no response was given

If the support team doesn’t reply to you and all your sites get suspended, you know that you have violated the rules so bad that we don’t want to host your site anymore. Please find somewhere else to host your site.

Actually, they remained on since at least 2 years, I never updated them ever since and only recently they got suspended so pleade don’t make up stuff you don’t know

If they are all suspended, then most likely one account triggered the system with a rule violation that caused all the accounts to be suspended.

There can be false positives, so please reach out via a support ticket in the client area.

We can’t help you here on the forum.

What should I do?

Once I know what happended it would be ok to even just have the possibility to download my data and the db

You can bump the ticket with the question of getting a backup.

Any luck? Possible your sites were suspended due to inactivity, not sure, though.

Update: I resent a ticket today since I didn’t get any reply in the last week and the ticket for auto-closed

I immediately got a reply telling me that the site was falsely flagged and it will be reactivated in a few minutes
