Since your main domain is working, can you make sure the subdomain was created correctly?

There is no warning about "suspended account. / yes i create records. (A record)

You are using Cloudflare, correct? Please share the following screenshots.

  1. The “Subdomain” panel of the client area
  2. The “DNS” page in Cloudflare settings (Please do not black anything out. The IP is safe to share)

The counter only updates once every 24 hours. You will have to wait for it to reset before you can upload any more files.
