Suspended website because of entry process limit

As the title says, I feel super disappointed, the entry process limit information is so vague, I don’t even know what to do to avoid that. I only have 1 small site, just put my stuff on a couple days ago, and now got suspended

yea i read already, but i think there should be a counter or a chart or anything so I can keep track? now it’s just all of a sudden

I believe there is a chart in the client area and control panel, however it only updates once every 8 hours, and usually an account will get suspended for the limit before the chart is updated.
