Suspended my host

Today I work on site and all fine. But from 30 min almost ago. the page redirect to “http://suspendeddomain.org/i” and when refresh redirect to “http://suspendeddomain.org” with change last letter /g or /m …etc…
Also I log to account and find “Suspended” under STATUS
Username “epiz_21240496”
How can I resolved this problem?

NB: When try submit tickets redirect to page

There was an issue with the new ticket form yesterday. The issue should be resolved now, please try to submit a ticket again.

When try open ticket showing this message:
“This account does not have any domains attached to it, so it cannot be reactivated.”

Hmm, it looks like there is an issue with the domain lookup. A hotfix is being prepared right now, please try to submit a ticket again in 20 minutes or so.
