Impossible for us to say. My advice, raise a ticket from the client area and ask. It might have been a mistake, where an automated check gave a false positive. Or it might be something else.
In some cases they won’t tell you specifically why your account was suspended, because this might give you the needed information to cercumvent it in the future (Not saying you would, or that you’ve done anything deliberate, just explaining their thinking)
Admin might be able to offer some advice too. But I’m not sure how much insight he has to suspensions he didn’t issue.

Based on what I can see, your account was automatically suspended for malicious activity. What exactly triggered that suspension or whether the automatic detection was accurate, I can’t tell.
I see you’ve already submitted a ticket. So all you can do at this point is to wait for a reply to that.
