Wait for someone to respond. It is possible that your website might have gotten flagged by the system by accident.
I’m sorry, but account suspensions can’t be dealt with by anyone on the forums. They can only be resolved by the official support staff at iFastNet through the ticket system. It may be that something else about your account still triggers the automated suspension system, or something on it is accidentally in violation of the TOS. Either way I would recommend you raise another ticket. The support staff will be able to either restore your account, or should be able to give you a backup in the event that it can’t be restored.
