My account has been suspended for abuse and i cannot find what is the mistake. I had a website which i just successfully uploaded; and the other was just being uploaded. Then i go a message that my account my has been suspended for abuse. The previous working site also stopped working.
Kindly help asap
Abuse system is not working correctly and detects something wrong as abusing. but You would send support ticket to Staff to see details of abuse, If it be due the mistake, they can activate your site again.

May I know about the last installation of your site? Did you install wordpress or something else? and about the content of your content may also affect suspended account
Iām sorry, but this is a community support forum. This is not the place to go to get more information about your account specifically.
Instead, you should see an option is now available to open a support ticket in the client area for the suspended account. Please use it to contact staff to get more information about why your account was suspended or learn how you can get it back.
