If you can access the control panel, it means your site is not suspended. And if your website doesn’t have any files, you will see a 403 Forbidden error.
As to what happened to your files, I don’t know. Your account is quite old, and we have suffered a few incidents over the years that have resulted in the loss of files for some accounts. Depending on when you last saw the files were present, that may be related.
But regardless of why your files may have disappeared, the unfortunate truth is that your files are not on your account, which means that we don’t have your files. If you have a backup of your website, you can try to restore it. Note that any databases you had should still be in-tact. If you don’t have a backup, then you may need to start over.
