I am experiencing issues with installing and activating an SSL certificate for my domain aiolosmedia.com.
Details:
- I have obtained an SSL certificate issued by Google Trust, and it is marked as “Issued” in my InfinityFree panel.
- However, when I check the status of the certificate on my website, it shows as “Not Found” and browsers do not recognize the site as secure.
- The certificate details in my panel display the correct domain and issue/expiration dates, but the certificate is not active when visiting https://aiolosmedia.com.
- I have verified that I am not serving a self-signed certificate, and I have attempted to follow the installation instructions provided.
- Online SSL checkers report either no certificate or a self-signed certificate, and there is no padlock icon in browsers.
Steps Taken:
- Uploaded the provided private key and certificate via the hosting panel.
- Checked server configuration to ensure the correct files are in use.
