is it still possible to get my files back? suddenly deleted when I open the file manager, the files are gone. but I didn’t delete it. can someone help me please!

I don’t have a backup because I don’t know that the files will suddenly disappear even if I don’t delete them.
Which hosting volume are you in? It seems like you were in the last outage:
