I have this same issue with my website. My filemanger and control panel load fine though.
Seems like the server IP your websites are on (185.27.134.215) is currently down, maybe because of a DDoS attack. You’ll have to wait until this gets fixed.

It’s for all sites using *rf.gd I think. My site, along with his, will not work. Some others I visited today don’t work either.
It’s not that. Every website on that IP, not depending on the type of subdomain/domain you’re using, is down.
