Hello, I have an account, for a site named toogy.infy.click, and I would like to create a domain support.toogy.infy.click, I can create it but I am redirected to https://suspended-domain.net/index.php?host=about.toogy.infy.click

Put simply, you can’t add sub sub domains. infy.click is the domain, Toogy.infy.click is your sub domain.
Unfortunately, some point last year (I cant find the post) it became impossible to add sub sub domains to your account, unless you’ve got an older account.
The reason “support.toogy.infy.click” is pointing towards suspended-domain is because its not actually added to the account so the server doesn’t know what else to return
Actually, you cannot create sub-subdomains. What exactly did you do that supposedly created this subdomain?
sorry sub-subdomains are not supported in infinityfree.
you can put it in another page like https://toogy.infy.click/support or you can create something like https://supporttoogy.infy.click
This is because your website is already technically a subdomain, I don’t think you can do that on InfinityFree
