Subdomain ssl certificate is not working

I had added an SSL certificate in my root domain. But SSL certificate not working in my subdomain.
It says,

This site can’t provide a secure connection

themes.pronations.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

You need SSL cert for subdomain as well
