Subdomain MX Entry Issue in VistaPanel

Hello @Admin ,

I have an issue with MX entries for my subdomains in VistaPanel.

  • The subdomain that was created automatically when I started the hosting shows up in the MX Entry section, and I can modify its MX Entry.
  • However, the **subdomains I created later in same user account ** do not appear in the MX Entry section, so I am unable to set up MX Entry for them.

If_user1234 > main subdomin = its available to change Mx entry
If_user1234 > main subdomin > additional subdomin = its not available to chage Mx entry ?

Can you please check why this is happening? Also, is there a way to manually add MX Entery for my additional subdomains?

So everything is working as expected.

So what if user want to modify that additional subdomain
Can I convert my additional subdomain into main subdomain ?
Because I really want to change MX records of my additional subdomain

Unfortunately you can’t do that on free hosting, it is a limitation of the MX tool
