Hey, I have already bought Ifastnet Premium Plan with epizy subdomain. But i am getting problem every month. I gets email every month about your domain or website has deactivated (Due to no traffic). I get 50k traffic per month.
Please help me why they are suspending even though i am using premium plans by ifastnet.
I need to reactivate every month so that my acc and subdomain dont get delete permanently.
Your free hosting account is most likely being suspended because there is no traffic coming in to the free hosting account. The domain is moved to premium hosting, so that’s where all the traffic is going to.
So you’re not being suspended in spite of the premium account, you’re being suspended because of it.
If you’re not using the free account, you can just let it expire. It won’t affect your premium hosting in any way.
Are you sure about subdomain na?. I dont want to lose it. Please confirm this also about subdomain like when my account will be get suspended and subdomain will ve released right? Can someone use that??
