# Stuck on "Your account is in queue to be reactivated and will be reactivated momentarily"

That’s great! The account is back active, but seems like every single files, including the `htdocs` folders are missing. Is there a way to get their content back or is it just lost?

And, yes, I’ve already read [htdocs is missing and getting 404 error.](https://forum.infinityfree.com/t/htdocs-is-missing-and-getting-404-error/6896)
