Status 403 when trying to verify an SSL Certificate with Letsencrypt

**My website URL is: written below

**What I’m seeing is: Im seeing the following page. Note: this is not on the URL. This is for getting an SSL certificate for iroportfolio.gq domain. IT READS:

Domain “iroportfolio.gq” challenge3 failed. Response from “https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/chall-v3/373050672/xyAgtA” was:

### Warning: Your verification URL is not returning the correct contents to our verification servers. The URL looks like it is blocking bots and which inadvertently blocks our servers from receiving the correct content. Contact your host, a professional developer or admin for further help with fixing it.
I uploaded an image with the rest of the erroro as I was unable to post here because of too many links rule

I’m using this software: sslforfree and FileZilla for ftp uploading of tokens

Additional information:
Basically, I tried following the instructions on your website for grabbing an SSL certificate. I used sslforfree.com’s interface to get the setup going but they’re bot seems to be getting a 403 status. If you access through the browser the token url from the error - which is the one giving out the 403 error, you will see that there is no error and you are able to access the token(or at least I can). In any event, I am desperately trying to get an SSL certificate. Mind you, I have a .gq website and am currently unemployed looking for work so I would really like the SSL certificate to be a free one. Is it possible to install one?

Thank you so much in advance. This is a really good thing you guys are doing here.
