(Step 3: Set up DNS Records for philominafitnessclub.kesug.com
Please set up the following CNAME record on your domain name. This record is necessary for the certificate provider to verify you own the domain name.

We could not find this domain on any of your accounts.
Your domain name is using InfinityFree nameservers, but we could not find the domain name on any of your accounts. Because of that, automatic validation is not possible.

You can create the CNAME records by hand through the control panel. View Instructions.)

Other Information

(please I’m trying to get a free ssl certification, and I followed the instructions , I even watched the tutorial video and I did, now the response was that it takes 72 hrs for my CNAME to be recognized. It’s almost 3 days now and its not working .please can someone help me with that. Thank you )

I think I’ve found the problem: make sure the domain name you’re making the SSL order with matches with the one you’re actually hosting with us, as a simple misspelling can mess up the entire certificate creation! You might be better off removing any CNAME record you created for your domain that’s actually for the misspelled one, then create a new SSL order for philominafitnesshub.kesug.com instead, making sure you don’t misspell it again this time.

This is the reason. It doesn’t work because you’re trying to request an SSL certificate for the wrong domain.

You even show this in your post:

Your website is fitnessHUB, but you requested an SSL certificate for fitnessCLUB.
