I did the correct procedures, added a key, its status is (valid SSL certificate is installed) only that the lock did not appear on the website address

Your sites works in HTTPS but it is just not shown to the visitor. Please read the last section of the linked article about how to force viewers to see the secure site. You can alternatively use the link below.
