SSL Showing in Draft!

Website URL

Desktop: https://www.DOMAIN.space
Mobile: http://DOMAIN.space

Error Message

All CNAME records are already set up, no changes were made. Please wait for DNS propagation/caching.

Other Information

on mobile devices the domain shows as “HTTP” without “WWW” “http://DOMAIN.space” instead of “HTTPS” “https://www.DOMAIN.space” it working perfectly on “Desktop” so I have revoked and reordered a new SSL but now I have a new issue after ordring SSL usually It took only 1-2hrs but even after 24, it was still in draft! instead of pending status

(other information and details relevant to your question)

That was completely unnecessary. That issue just has to do with forcing HTTPS on your website. The SSL certificate was not the problem, nor was the installation, so you just deleted a perfectly good certificate for no reason.

The certificate will only become pending when you make it pending. It never happens automatically.

Please click the Draft certificate in the list and carefully check the page you see there. If the CNAME record is already set up correctly, there will be a button Request Certificate at the bottom of the page that you can click the start the issuance process.

CNAME is correctly created but the status still shows (no CNAME found)

There is no button at the bottom assuming Current Destination (no CNAME found) Not Ready

Right, I see the issue now.

For some reason, sometimes the CNAME record fails to get added correctly and the record isn’t actually set up in the nameservers.

I just removed the record from your account and recreated it. The record appears to have been set up correctly now, but it can still take 10-60 minutes for the Request Certificate button to appear in the client area.
