My SSL certificate is active but I still get a Not Secure Warning. I tried forcing https but it still didn’t work.
Note that it can take several minutes for it to become active.
Could you please share your site url?

You have used a self-signed certificate which will always appear unsecure to browsers.
I don’t know why even if our client area raise a big notice about this and you just decided to ignore it.
Seeing how are you using a custom domain, you may use Let’s Encrypt. See these guides very carefully:
