Error Message

From SSLshopper.com 's SSL checker:

  • fishpondsbristol.uk resolves to 185.27.134.137
  • Server Type: openresty
  • The certificate will expire in 10319 days. A reminder is already set up.
  • There was an unknown error verifying the certificate: 18 (self-signed certificate)
  • None of the common names in the certificate match the name that was entered (fishpondsbristol.uk). You may receive an error when accessing this site in a web browser. Learn more about name mismatch errors.

Other Information

I have checked in the control panel and the SSL certificate seems to be installed correctly there.
I have also checked the nameservers for each domain, and they are pointing to ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com.
When I click ‘manage SSL certificate’, the ‘Installed status’ is:

  • |Status|SSL certificate is installed|
  • |Issuer|Let’s Encrypt|
  • |Expires at|2025-09-23|
    The ‘Live Status’ is:
  • |Status|Not Found|
  • |Issuer|-|
  • |Expires at|-|

Try issuing a new certificate, the current one appears to be invalid or misconfigured.

I don’t think anything is wrong with the certificate itself (I have never seen a certificate provided by us being wrong itself), it just doesn’t appear to be active on your website. Please note that after installing the certificate, it can still take up to an hour for the certificate to become active on your website.
