SSL not found in Wordpress

I requested the certificate, wait 24 hours, I received the certificate, I installed the certificate. It appears as an active and installed certificate in the control panel, but when trying to install Wordpress and selecting the https:// prefix, it says that it was not possible to find an active SSL certificate.

Before I respond with instructions on new steps to install the SSL certificate, I have already followed all the steps, all 6 steps. I have already waited the 24 hours requested to request the certificate. The control panel already says that my certificate is active and installed, but I still can’t install Wordpress correctly.
