I dont think you have an SSL certificate.
Yup… You’ll need an SSL certificate. I tried visiting the Admin panel using http but its redirecting to https version. Since you dont have an SSL certificate the connection fails… I believe thats the issue
Make sure that you copied your Certificate keys correctly, and that there are no extra spaces.

when i installed Wordpress i set to be installed as https:// should i reinstall only as http:// then when added to cloudflare i will change all http to https?
i reinstalled to http version and now i see this error:
The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server.
Probably because your WP site is still configured to HTTPS. If you want to use HTTPS, you need an SSL certificate, so you can check out the article below.
the issue got fixed somehow i can now login/use website normally
