Usually it works, and the certificates are working for my other websites. SSL is installed but not working. Would appreciate the help. thanks!

Looks like you’re using a self signed certificate rather than one issued by someone like Google trust.

Self signed certificates will generally throw that error

I’m not sure but I used the same process as I always do, getting infinity to do it automatically. I tried to do it manually, as well. Same issue. Can I delete the certificate and try the process again?

You may try visiting your site again. If it isn’t working, make sure to visit with https:// and clear your cache.

Based on what Wasik’s said (and what I can see now) looks like it was just a blip.

I was out at the time and on mobile, so I was going on the error message youd shared
