### Website URL

### Error Message

I installed the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate through InfinityFree. The SSL page shows that the certificate is installed and active, but when I open nabawitransport.biz.id in Chrome, the browser still shows “Not secure”. Please help me check the domain mapping and SSL configuration. Thank you.

### Other Information

The domain uses InfinityFree hosting, and the domain nameservers are [ns1.infinityfree.com](http://ns1.infinityfree.com) and [ns2.infinityfree.com](http://ns2.infinityfree.com). The certificate was issued and installed successfully, but Chrome still displays “Not secure”. Please check whether the SSL certificate is being served correctly for both the root domain and HTTPS requests. I have not deleted or changed any domain files while troubleshooting.

_Beep boop, I’m a bot! I dug through the forum to get you started. I sometimes get things wrong though, so do with this what you will until a human has a look._

Can you click “Not secure” in Chrome’s address bar and tell me exactly what it says? Also, does the page actually load over `https://`, or does Chrome show a full-page warning first? Your other topic mentions `NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID`, and that’s a different problem from a plain “Not secure” label on a page that loads.

The two cases have different causes, according to the HTTPS article and the SSL install article.

If the page loads over `https://` but there’s no padlock, the article says some images, CSS or JavaScript on the page are probably still loaded over `http://`. All URLs on the page must use https. You can look for “Mixed Content” in Chrome’s developer console, or search the page source for `http://`.

If Chrome shows a red warning page instead, the install article says Chrome can remember the old certificate for a few hours. It also says an SSL checker is the best way to confirm the certificate is installed correctly.

Your other topic about the “Not Found” Live SSL Status may be the same issue. Tell me which of these you’re seeing, and keep the discussion in one topic so the details don’t get split.

Works for me, try restarting your browser or use incognito mode.
