now make remove ssl requst , but my site is not view and , after install word press canot access the admin page , pl help me to solve this

This is not a problem with the SSL certificate, but rather a problem with the DNSSEC configuration of your domain.

It appears that DNSSEC is enabled for your domain at your domain provider. However, our nameserves do not support DNSSEC, so it’s not possible to configure DNSSEC correctly. That means that any client that checks for DNSSEC will not be able to access your domain. Which includes all SSL providers, and apparently also you.

To fix this, please disable DNSSEC at your domain provider. If you’re not sure, please contact your domain provider for help, as they know better how to navigate their panel than we do.
