My website ranasaif.is-great.org (hosting account if0_42741559) is showing
NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID in the browser when I try to visit it.
I’ve confirmed my system date/time is correct, and I’ve tested from multiple
devices and networks — the error appears every time.
Since custom SSL certificates aren’t supported for free subdomains and are
supposed to be issued/renewed automatically, it looks like the auto-SSL for
this domain hasn’t renewed properly.
Could someone please check and reissue the certificate for this domain?
I checked the issue, and the problem is clear to me: the domain ranasaif.is-great.org is not in use right now. If you check the list of domains on the account with that username, you’ll see that the domain is not there.
The consequence is that that the domain points to a parking page, which does not have a valid certificate. That’s a bug on our end. However, fixing that would not fix your website, because you cannot host a website on a domain that’s not assigned to one of your accounts.
The solution: add the domain to your account, give it up to 72 hours to propagate, and you’ll have a working website with working SSL.
