Hi … I want to install a successfully issued SSL certificate. But it doesn’t install.

PLEASE HELP!!!

I already entered the control panel in SSL / TLS and entered the key and loaded the certificate, I did it a day ago and it remains red, it does not install. Already verify that the name servers of the domain in question are pointing to: ns1 and ns2 epizy.com. I do not know what to do. I even deleted everything I did and reissued another certificate, the exact same thing happened, it does not install.

2. What do you mean by “it remains red”? What is “it”?

3. Did you refresh the page (the SSL control panel page) and make sure the keys stay uploaded. Did you copy the entire kay and leave the CSR spot blank?

Today I checked your domain hosting and I found that,

The DNS of the domain is indeed wrong, but the nameserver settings are OK. This seems like it’s an issue in our side: your domain name was not setup correctly in our nameservers.

One simple way to fix this is to just remove the domain name from your account and then add it again (through the Addon Domains section in the control panel). That should force the settings to be recreated.

You will need to reinstall the certificate after that, but you can just reuse the certificate that has already been created.
