Ssl creation

Error Message

on the ssl certificate site our ssl is currently saying pending . this has been for a couple of weeks upon clicking manage the current destination is stating not ready ?

Other Information

i have contacted the wbbsite host www.names.co.uk and they have set up the ssl link but not been authorised . in odd times the website comes up on links as cookies disabled on devices not allowing the website but within 1 hr they are back with no issues however the website is still saying unsecured any help would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately your domain doesn’t appear to be using our service, which means your ssl certificate creation will be completely out of our reach.

Try to create the CNAME records within your domain registrar’s control panel and try to proceed.

our website host has updated the CNAME records on the 7th feb
not sure if this is correct though

Could you please provide some screenshots? Like the desired record shown in our panel and the records you made in your domain registrar’s panel?

i have just noted there was a number 3 missing in the names page which i have now corrected

I just checked and I see the CNAME record is now setup correctly and also is detected by the client area. So you should be able to request your certificate now.
