SSL certificate

The GoGetSSL certificate expires in a few days and I have been trying to renew it. I have had an email saying Your free SSL certificate for malverngroup.epizy.com has just been issued!

I can’t seem to get this new certificate to work. I can see the private key/certificate if I click show, but can’t seem to upload the new certificate

Can anyone please help me
