Other Information
I am requesting to have an SSL Certificate again. I’ve had no issues with this before but within the past two days there appears to be an issue. Could you please fix this for me?
What exactly are you trying to do where you get this error? What button or form triggers this?
Also, unless it was your goal to request a new SSL certificate to begin with, please note that requesting a new SSL certificate will not solve this issue.
I have renewed my certificate three times before now and it has been successful. This time it gives me the error. This is the link I am on, I click to request a certificate and this is where the error occurs.
That’s not the link you are on. That’s the link to the list of certificates you have, and I know with absolute certainty that there is no way to trigger any error like that from that page. Also, there is no button “request a certificate” on that page.
I checked your account and I managed to reproduce the issue. I could reproduce this on the “Verify your domain” page for your current pending certificate. I got the error by clicking the “Setup CNAME Records” button.
Please confirm whether this is the same place you see the error. Because all you have shared so far is that it happens somewhere in the SSL certificates system.
Regardless, there seems to be some issue with your CNAME records in the hosting platform. I can’t solve this myself, so I’ll need to send this upstream. I’ll let you know when I know more.
