SSL certificate missing and site not loading

Hey everyone,
I’m having an issue with my InfinityFree site — it seems like the SSL certificate isn’t being applied automatically anymore. It used to work fine before, but since yesterday my site has no SSL and it’s completely down because of that.

I tried checking the SSL section in the client area, but it doesn’t show any active or pending certificates. Also, when I try to add a new one manually, it just doesn’t work.

Is anyone else having this issue, or is there something wrong on my side? Would appreciate any help or info.

Thank you all for bringing this up.

There seems to be an issue with the shared SSL certificates for some reseller domains. We know the domains xo.je, infinityfree.me, page.gd and 42web.io are at least affected.

I have escalated the issue, please have patience while it is being investigated.
