SSL Certificate Issued but Not Found – Site Not Loading with HTTPS

Hello team,

My domain is: neotechmind.com
I have installed the SSL certificate via the “SSL Certificates” section. It shows as “Issued” but when I check in the browser or try to open the site with HTTPS, it says “SSL Not Found” or the page doesn’t load or your page is provate.

Steps I have taken:

  • Added correct CNAME records
  • Waited more than 24 hours
  • Tried incognito and cleared cache
  • Manually installed Private Key and Certificate from SSL panel

Still, the SSL is not active. Please help me resolve this.

Thanks.

Please note that:

  • Issued only means that the SSL certificate is ready for use, it doesn’t mean it’s actually in use.
  • After installing the SSL certificate, it can take up to an hour for it to take effect.
  • Some browsers, notably Google Chrome, cache SSL certificates, which may result in it taking much longer for you to see a new certificate. Incognito Mode can help with that.
  • If you only recently added the domain to your account, then please note that DNS caching may cause it to take up to 72 hours for your domain name to start working everywhere. Until then, you may see SSL errors when trying to access your site.
