Hello,
Main Domain: actarus.free.nf
Affected Subdomains:
• fishing.actarus.free.nf
• animaux-ce1.actarus.free.nf
• recettes.actarus.free.nf
• taltan.actarus.free.nf
My custom SSL certificates have expired. It appears the SSL transition failed for my account, as HTTPS access to my subdomains no longer works (sites are marked as “not secure,” but HTTP access is fine).
Does this require action from InfinityFree?
Thank you in advance.
Sub-subdomains are no longer supported (nor are they intended to be supported) and will never get SSL any more.
No More SSL for Sub-Subdomains (e.g., blog.example.ct.ws)
Sub-subdomains—domains that look like something.example.ct.ws - will no longer support SSL. These were never officially supported and were only possible due to a bug in our system.
That bug has now been fixed. Going forward, you’ll only be able to create regular subdomains, which are fully supported and automatically secured.
Please move to regular subdomains (like fishing-actarus.free.nf) or subfolders (like actarus.free.nf/fishing) instead.
